Volleyballexercise: blocking

Suitable for the following techniques: block

Blocking

Defend block with dive

blocking-1
- 1 blocks first at the center and then at the front left
- after blocking, turns around and defends back attack from 3
- then defends (in dive) short ball from 5
- 2 is next
Turn over: - 1 to short ball
- 3 to blocking
- 5 to attack


Variation:

two defenders position 1 2.

1 blocks turns around gets a hit ball from position 4.
