Volleyballexercise: quickstep

Suitable for the following techniques: general

QUICKSTEP

  • 6 or more players of which 2 are fixed on the sideline and they play overhand or hit.
  • The other 4 players stand in pairs opposite the other two on the sideline.
  • The two players play overhead and pass the ball to the other side.
  • The pass is brought and after the pass you step forward then sideways and step backwards. Repeat.
  • Learn to move 'through' the pass.
  • We like dynamic passing.
  • Variant of not playing the ball overhead but hitting it in control.
