Set-up to position 4 or 3
Objective
- The objective is to warm up the setters and practice set-ups to different positions.
Step 1: Warm-up (5 minutes)
- Place a basket at position 4 on both sides of the net.
- Play at a high tempo to warm up the setters.
- Rotate after a few balls so that all setters get a turn.
Step 2: Attack at Position 4 (5 minutes)
- Replace the basket at position 4 with attackers.
- Have the attackers hit straight.
- Add a block if necessary, depending on the flow and the number of players.
Step 3: Move Attack to Position 3 (5 minutes)
- Move the attack from position 4 to position 3 (middle).
- Have the attackers hit straight or to the left.
- Add a block if necessary, depending on the flow and the number of players.
