Basketball drill: conditioning sideline to sideline

Suitable for the following techniques: condition

Conditioning sideline to sideline

  • Players divide into 2 groups at the sideline.
  • Group in runs 1 length back and forth from sideline to sideline.
  • When everyone in the group is back the other group runs.
  • Then 2 times then 3 times then 4 times. 
  • Then reduce back to 1 time.
