Training
- Choose 1 warm-up exercise from the warm-up exercises.
- Attack over right:
- A pushes the ball to the in-running B.
- B floats around the pawns with the ball on the stick.
- A has run on and gets the ball back from B with a push.
- A scores in the goal.
- Push out of the run:
- 1 player floats forward with the ball.
- Push the ball when she reaches the pawn, without stopping the ball.
- B takes the ball from A and does the same again.
- A connects behind B
- Match.
