Shooting round in a square
Setup
- Cones are placed in a square around the korf.
- A ball is placed on two of the four cones.
- Two rebounders stand inside the square.
- A shooter stands at two of the four cones.
- At the start signal, the shooters run to the cone on their right where a ball is placed.
- After shooting, the shooters continue running between the cones.
- If there is no ball on a cone, they keep running until they find a cone with a ball, which must be placed there by the rebounders.
- Upon scoring, the shooter switches with the rebounder they are paired with.
- Work in groups of four, with pairs for more structure.
- Shoot and rebound for one minute, then switch places and continue immediately.
- A competitive element can be added by competing against each other, with each shooter shooting a maximum of four times.
- Regardless of the score, switching is mandatory.
- Change the distance of the cones for variation.
- Add a running course between the cones for longer running lines.
- Players may change running direction to reach a new ball faster.
