Basketball drills for technique attack / offense
- Setup:
- 4 players on the baseline
- 4 players at the free throw line
- Coach passes to 1 of the players
- Player opposite the one receiving the pass runs to the baseline before joining the defense
- Other players immediately go on offense and defense
- Stopping the dribble is important
- Defending the basket is important
1x1, after the check the player with the ball cannot dribble for X seconds (must pivot and shield the ball, then 1x1)
- Playing from 5 spots
- After each ball is taken, an action is made to the basket.
- This can be done in a drive or with a shot.
- When the attacker is stopped by a defender, he passes the ball to the outside and cuts to the basket, via the baseline he mans a free spot in the corner.
- When a drive is initiated, the defense can either go into help defense, which always leaves someone free at the 3-point line.
- When the defense does not go into help defense, the attackers must run free in order to be able to receive the ball when the driver gets stuck.
- Important is the speed between receiving the ball and the drive.
- When the defense presses too high a cut to the basket can also be made to get free from his defender.
- Everyone stands back to back.
- The first one throws the ball against the board, the rest time well each time to catch the ball in the air and throw it against the board again,.
- The 20th throws the ball into goal.
- Do this both right and left.
- They walk around cone or coach each time and rejoin at the back.
- Drawing fouls, protecting the ball and watching.
- Going hard to the basket and on your opponent.
- Reading the defender
4 pylons, at each pylon 1 player (1 or 2 players rebound)

- He pivots (front left) with his left leg to the basket and gets into triple treath position.
- After a fake shot, he leaves right-handed dribble, left leg big step past the cone to the basket for a lay-up.
- Player c takes the rebound and goes to the other side for a shot at 45 degrees, after which he connects with the passers.
