Handball drills for technique 1,5 meter / corona / covid-19

Do you want to get in shape? You can, but you need a few things for it.

  • What do you need?
    • Pawns
    • Soccer
    • Clothes you can work out in
    • Stairs
  • First of all, it's important that you warm up well before you start working on your fitness!
  • What do you need to do?
    • Run 2 cones to the front 1 to the back and repeat this every time.
      • Do that twice
    • Take the ball and run with it in 5 circles.
      • This will give you ball control and also ensure that you have worked on your fitness for a while.
    • You can also do exercises for your condition inside by running 5 times up and down the stairs.
  • Of course you can give your own twist to how you want to do it, but I find these are the nicest and most fun ways to improve.
  • Don't try to run fast the first day without stopping, do it in steps!

Like:

  • Throwing and catching with a trot and standing further and further away.
  • Throwing on the post of the goal.
  • Ladder
  • Obstacles
  • Shuffle and get off
  • Two or three people on the left side of the pitch (can also be another position) and have to shoot.
  • The rest of the players collect balls and one of them plays the balls.
  • Shooting from the left side in succession.
  • The player who scores ten times first has won.
  • When you have shot, you have to walk backwards to your position.
  • Two or three people on the left side of the pitch and have to shoot.
  • The rest of the players collect balls and one of them plays the balls.
  • Shooting from the left side in succession.
  • The player who first scores 10 times has won.
  • When you have shot, you have to walk backwards to your position.
  • Divide group into equal attackers/defenders. (e.g. 5-5)
  • Defenders defend forwards and pay attention to their (correct) position (correct leg in front - bent legs - grab opponent by the upper arms - stand as close to opponent as possible). Obstruct the shot/run direction - force attacker outside - communicate - help close teammates
  • Attackers must - determine where the spaces are - press forward and show initiative (by passing (tipping/shooting), running free (with/without the ball), playing give-and-go's. Changing/acquiring a position)

The exercise can be made easier or more difficult by: (foul play - make space in attack bigger/smaller - adjust number of players)

  • 2 teams of 3 players
  • 1 team defends other team will attack
  • 2 goalkeepers on each side / but can also be played on 1 half
  • team red (e.g.) attacks / tries to score a goal or put the ball in the 6 m / if it takes too long the trainer will whistle
  • then comes the changeover team red becomes defender immediately and team blue (e.g.) attacks all over the pitch
  • 100% attack and defence

  • Goalkeeper in goal,
  • rest of the players have a ball and spread out on the left straight.
  • 1 or 2 players stand in the middle to play.
  • Player plays the ball to the MO then footwork over the rents (3, sprinting over) then get the ball back, left right action and shoot at goal)
  • after the goal attempt, sprint around the cones to get the ball and join the other sides
  • middle l/re high li/re middle l/re low diagonal bounce free

  • Divide the group into 3 teams
  • Each team takes place behind the square with the hats
  • The squares are identical to each other and consist of four different coloured hats
  • The first person of each team stands inside the square
  • The trainer calls 1, 2 or 3 colours which have to be tapped by hand in the right order
  • Then continue the course at maximum speed
  • At the cones: forwards-backwards-forwards-backwards.
  • At the ladder, each foot in the next square (several variations possible).
  • Then sprint back past the first hat of the square.
  • The fastest earns 1 point for his team

During the time that the track is completed, the other team members do push ups and abdominal exercises

drawing Relay course
  • create teams of 3 players
  • 2 balls per 3 players
  • 2 players on the outside of the playing field and 1 player in the middle
  • 1 pawn approx. 5m in front of the players on the outside
  • the outside players have the ball
  • player in the middle sprints to the first pawn and is played by 1 outside player and passes back
  • then sprint to the other side
  • repeat a few times then change position

  • 5 attacker,
    • so without a circle
    • can also be done without a defense
    • is about concentration and ball control and correct execution of a switch
  • MO will switch 2 with LO
  • LO will play a pass to the RO
  • RO goes into the 2swap with LH
  • LH passes the ball to the next MO and everything in the other direction.
  • corner players are going to join the MO,
  • RO+LO join the corners and the MO joins the LO or RO.
