Handball drills
- Except for the circle, occupy all offensive positions.
- The ball starts with the middle builder.
- The middle builder starts in toward goal and plays off to one of the players next to him/her.
- The player next to him/her is already moving toward the goal while catching the ball.
- The player stays in the forward motion and then plays through to the corner player next to him/her.
- The ball again passes through the builder back to the center.
- Then the ball goes to the other corner.

All players will shoot at the goalkeeper from all positions
- Left corner all players shoot in the far corner -high or low-, then free shoot as long as possible waiting and watching what the goalkeeper does
- Left build-up, everyone shoots high, left or right doesn't matter Everyone shoots low, left or right doesn't matter
- Center free shoot each time you shoot somewhere else.
- Right buildup, everybody shoots high. Left or right doesn't matter. Everyone shoots low, left or right doesn't matter
- Right corner all players shoot in the far corner -high or low-, then free shoot as long as possible wait and see what the goalkeeper does
- Through the running ladder, quickly dribble through it with 2 feet.
- Sprint to the pawn on the opposite side.
- Slide between the 2 pawns.
Everyone 5 times, then instead of sliding high knee - knee lifts.
- Divide group into pairs with 1 ball.
- Between players about 4 meters space.
Task 1:
- Player with 'open arm' in 90 degrees, aim at the chin of your buddy on the opposite side. Position the blue players on the drawing.
Task 2:
- Same as task 1 + 1 more meter between players. The player is in forward motion while throwing. Position of the red players on the drawing.
Assignment 3:
- Same as assignment 2 + 1 more meter between players. The throwing arm remains in equal position even if the ball is not there. Position of the white players on the diagram.

- Attention to the movement areas
- Interval method 30 seconds of work, 30/60 seconds of relative rest
- High intensity, explosive work
- Correct technical posture
- Do not cross feet, keep contact with the ground
- 3-pairs. 2 attackers with ball. Defender presst on ball.
- Attacker with ball tips in motion - pace up.
- Defender tries to tap ball away.
- On whistle, attacker releases ball and defender goes into STA.
- Attacker becomes defender, and so on.
- Ball oriented defending!!!
Points of attention:
- Require intensity and explosiveness.
- Attackers not passively passing, but in a continuous movement so forwards and backwards.
- Attention to correct ball handling and passing.
Preparatory practice and mental toughness training:
- Defenders in left or right corner, 1 active defender.
- Attacker starts to the middle between the pawns and then sprints to the circle.
- Defender anticipates.
- At the 3rd run, the attacker tries to pass between the pawns without being tapped.
- Continuous switching between attacker and defender, both left and right.
- Attention to anticipation, keeping distance, footwork, mental toughness so don't give up!
- Corners cut after pass.
- Circle comes out, gets ball and goes back.
- Move to goal without ball!
Setup:
- In pairs, place the players in a row facing the wall.
- Per pair 1 tennis ball.
Exercise:
- Player 1 stands closest to the wall and begins the exercise by throwing the ball against the wall.
- Player 2 catches the ball.
- Player 1 meanwhile runs back through the right side and then catches the ball that player 2 just threw against the wall.
- Repeat at least 20 times.
- Make the exercise more difficult by having the ball caught in a hat.
- You make 2 pairs
- 1 player stands without ball on the circle
- 1 player stands with ball on the 9 meter line
- On sign of trainer, the one with ball sprints forward and backward to the circle.
- Arriving at the 9 meter line, the player with ball starts up and tries to pass.
- The player without ball defends firmly.
- You rotate through so that everyone attacks and defends once.
