Line player stands at approximately 7 meters with his back to the goal.
In front of the line player stands a chook
  • 2 players left and right behind the line player alternately throw a ball into the chook.
  • The line player catches, turns 180 degrees as fast as possible and shoots jumping from position on goal, with goalkeeper.
  • Can be on either side.
  • Throwers alternate.
  • After 4 line players switch.

Players lie in pairs next to each other in "the rabbit hole
"There is 1 loose rabbit and 1 hunter.
The hunter tries to tap the loose rabbit. That rabbit may lie down next to a pair, turning the outer player into a hunter, and the hunter into a rabbit.

Use Magnet aiming discs or a hole cloth if necessary.

  • Player throws to thrower, player catches ball again, lands in 0pass.
  • Then 3-step. Pay attention:
    • Left hand goes with ball, left arm stays slightly in front of body. Protection of ball and space in front.
    • Keep body low, increases jumping power. Dribble also helps.
    • High jump off, right leg gives a kicking motion slightly to the outside during throw.
    • Keep arm high at beginning of throw for more throwing power.
Marker at jumping spot.
Multiple 'stations'.

1. Kneeling with right leg in front, start, left to marker, followed by jump shot.
Throw arm sideways, not high. 

2. Approach from corner.
Jump far! Turn in the air, arm sideways.

3. Tackler with ball.
Run-up from the corner - Thrower plays with bounce.

Course of exercise:
  • Twosome starts with the ball;
    • A throws to B;
    • A runs to the position of B;
    • B throws ball to other player at position A.
Assignment form:
  • Form two groups of three people;
    • Each group a ball.
Example form:
  • Preform the exercises you give so participants understand.
Observation Form:
  • See if the participants are throwing into their hands;
  • See if participants are doing the exercise easily:
    • Increase the distance or decrease the distance between the players.
Coaching Form:
  • Play the ball into the other person's hands;
    • Step out the moment you throw the ball.
drawing Sport-specific warm-up.
  • Explanation jump shot: Left - right - left - turn with left for jump - shoot in the air. Left-handed players do it the other way around
    • (Eventually you have to be able to start it with both legs)
    • Pay attention to height - do not jump forward. Use arms to get extra upward energy. First in slow motion!
  • Trainer stands halfway the 9 meters
  • Players in a row at distance
  • Player throws ball to trainer, runs in, catches ball at the 9 meter and finishes with 3 passes - jump shot.
  • Trainer sits on knees (or stands, depending on length) gets ball from player, player makes jump shot and throws over trainer.
  • Mark floor with hats for null pass (catch and drop) and jump shot with 1 or 3 passes.
At 3 positions, within the 9 meters, lay down marking circles.
  • 2 for the null pass, then right-left-right or left-right-left.
  • No jumping.
  • Finishing on 1 leg standing and falling forward is allowed.
  • Line up full team on one side, team without goalie on other side.
  • Players will defend offensively and continue to watch for players behind.
  • Interception is a point and goal is a point.
1 goalkeeper - 1 defender(with vest) - 2 attackers
  • In front of the goal, on the circle, an area of 4 meters is marked with hats. In between stands 1 defender. (preferably starting on the 9 meter)
  • 2 players play towards the goal and try to outplay the defender. The defender tries to actively conquer the ball.
  • After a shot on goal, or conquering the ball, the next duo approaches the goal
  • After 3 to 4 rounds of play, the goalkeeper and defender must be switched.
Extension
  • Allow the defender to make physical contact according to the rules. So do not clamp down, do not hold on to the arms, but do hold on to the front of the body
1 goalkeeper - 2 defenders (with cap) - 3 attackers
  • In front of the goal, on the circle, an area of 6 meters is marked with hats. In between are 2 defenders. (preferably starting on the 9 meter)
  • 3 Players play towards the goal and try to outplay the defender. The defenders try to actively conquer the ball.
  • After a shot on goal, or conquering the ball, the next trio approaches the goal
  • After 3 to 4 full rounds, goalkeeper and defender change places
  • Slowly jog across the field, arms forward, backward, twisting against each other.
  • Lunges, gently controlled, front lower leg well straight.
  • Arms crossed in front of chest, alternating between up and down.
  • Arms above head, interlock fingers, extend arms. Bend slightly to the left and right.
  • Eagle. Arms wide and hands up. Stand up straight. 90 degree turn left, back, 90 degree turn right, back.
  • 2 players on one side, about 10 metres apart (possibly mark with hats or pawns, 1 on the other side)
  • Of the 2 players, 1 dribbles to the other side and plays the ball, either directly or through the ground
  • The receiving player dribbles to the other side again and plays off, etc.
