- You make 3-counts.
- At high speed play the ball without bounce, make a change with the builders.
- First without defense, then with defense.
- Finish on goal.
- Make 2 teams.
- Each team defends a mat. You try as a team to put the ball on the mat.
- You may not tip or bounce.
- Ball catch in stoppage is ball for the opposing team.
- Each ball on the mat is a point.
- Set down hurdles or double low hats in a left-right pattern.
- With 2 legs over the hurdle, wide step sideways and again with 2 legs over the hurdle.
- Mats at the 9 meter on build-up positions: stand next to the mat - with 1 leg a wide jump over the mat and then complete with 2 or 3 passes, depending on the side you choose
- Practice the above without mat, with opponent as dummy :-)
- 1 versus 1 in a narrow space: demarcate with markers - first walk forwards and backwards, so pass each other twice, then start the attack. Practice passing and feinting.

Important, posture/look ahead, don't turn in until the last moment.

- 2 players left and right behind the line player alternately throw a ball into the chook.
- The line player catches, turns 180 degrees as fast as possible and shoots jumping from position on goal, with goalkeeper.
- Can be on either side.
- Throwers alternate.
- After 4 line players switch.
- Warm up with arm twist.
- Walking on heels.
- Walk on forefoot.
- Calf muscles: 2 legs up from toes, 2 sacks/1 sacks - steps.
- Stretch: 1 leg forward, other leg slightly bent. Touch stretched leg.
- Crab pose: turn leg inward and outward.
- Push-up.
Use Magnet aiming discs or a hole cloth if necessary.
- Player throws to thrower, player catches ball again, lands in 0pass.
- Then 3-step. Pay attention:
- Left hand goes with ball, left arm stays slightly in front of body. Protection of ball and space in front.
- Keep body low, increases jumping power. Dribble also helps.
- High jump off, right leg gives a kicking motion slightly to the outside during throw.
- Keep arm high at beginning of throw for more throwing power.
Marker at jumping spot.

Course of exercise:
- Twosome starts with the ball;
- A throws to B;
- A runs to the position of B;
- B throws ball to other player at position A.
Assignment form:
- Form two groups of three people;
- Each group a ball.
Example form:
- Preform the exercises you give so participants understand.
Observation Form:
- See if the participants are throwing into their hands;
- See if participants are doing the exercise easily:
- Increase the distance or decrease the distance between the players.
Coaching Form:
- Play the ball into the other person's hands;
- Step out the moment you throw the ball.
Make pairs with a ball.
- The one without the ball stands diagonally behind the one with the ball.
- The player with the ball tips the ball to the 9-meter line as quickly as possible. The player without the ball tries to tap the ball away.
Without making physical contact.
- Left wing plays the ball with a bounce to the corner
- The corner plays the ball back to the left wing
- The left wing puts pressure on the defence and the corner comes behind and gets the ball
- The corner passes the ball to the right construction and waits a little bit
- The corner starts in towards the circle between 3 and 2 and receives the ball from the right-wing construction and rounds on goal
- Run from back line to back line at a fast pace.
- You make 2 pairs, number one starts running and number two counts how many times she makes it to the back line.
- Start with 4 minutes and build up with 30 seconds or 1 minute extra.
- Keep track of how many times each person has made it to the back line.
