Execution
  • A starts with the ball and passes to B.
  • From here, a 3-on-2 situation begins with a tracking back defender who may start as soon as B has received the ball.
  • The defenders try to apply pressure on the ball and ensure that the centre of the field remains closed.
  • The attackers try to increase speed to prevent the tracking back defender from assisting in the defence.
  • If the defenders regain possession of the ball, they may score in the goal at the 23-metre line.

Formation
  • 4 defenders in the bowl play the ball around without pressure.
  • 2 midfielders and 3 forwards are positioned.
With Pressure
  • 3 defenders from the opposing team and a goalkeeper are in the circle.
  • The 2 midfielders offer themselves from the axis to the back where the ball is going.
  • If not played, move to the line and back to the axis.
  • Avoid offering on the long pass line.
  • Upon a pass, open up and then play to the hanging striker or the wing striker.
  • After passing, continue to offer in the guard position.
  • The 2 wing strikers offer themselves on the 23-metre line.
  • The hanging striker positions at the top of the circle in attack.
  • The wing striker on the support side seeks a scoring position at the far post.

Execution
  • Player A starts with the ball and passes to player B.
  • Player B passes the ball back to player A.
  • Player A receives the ball openly and plays to player C.
  • Player B continues running and receives the ball wide from player C.
  • From this point, it is a 3-on-2 situation: players B, C, and D against the two defenders.
  • If the defenders intercept the ball, they score at the small goal on the side.

  • A starts with the ball and gives a directional push to B
  • B takes the ball and gives a push to C
  • C takes the ball, drives with the ball on the stick to left side pawn row, makes a drag from left to right, accelerates and rounds on goal.

  • White takes the ball open and plays the ball with a push to Blue
  • Blue drifts to left side of pawn row, makes a drag from left to right, accelerates and finishes on goal.

  • You may not pass the ball forward, only backward
  • You are allowed to drive the ball forward

  • A plays D in the run and runs towards the circle
  • A, C and D try to score with a 3 against 2

  • Player A flattens the ball wide to the right.
  • B takes the ball open and plays it deep to C who has come running in to the line.
  • C immediately plays the ball wide back to B who offers himself there.
  • B plays the ball to D who offers himself from inside the circle OUTSIDE the circle.
  • D runs with the ball along the back line back into the circle and plays the ball to the head where A is standing meanwhile.
  • A shoots at the goal.

You stand in a square and flatten the ball into a square. This is off to 2 sides. The team that scored first gets a 2nd ball and the team that was slower now has to defend the ball.

  • A flattens to B
  • B flattens to C
  • C flattens to D
D scores and either gets a new ball or goes to defend.
