Soccer drills for technique condition
Shooting game where they get to take a card when they have scored. Each playing card shows a "color," clubs, spades, hearts or diamonds. Each color represents a fitness exercise.
Hearts: Push-ups, Spades: Squat, Clubs: Burpee, Diamonds: Lunges.
Once they have picked a card, they must first perform the corresponding exercise, they do this the number the card indicates. For example, Hearts 4 = 4 push-ups. Then they may continue shooting again. Group with the most cards, has won.

Description
- Players start at pylons
- Balls are in the middle
- Players kick in place
- When trainer calls, players go toward balls, 2-pairs at 1 ball
- Coach calls left and right, players go to that side
- When trainer calls ball, you have to take the ball with your hands
- 4 pawns in a row 15 meters apart.
- From the first to the second pylon, sprint around it and jog back to the first pylon.
- From the first to the third pylon, sprint around it and jog back to the first pylon.
- From the first to the fourth pylon, sprint around it and jog back to the first pylon.
- Repeat 4 times, making a total of 12 sprints.
- Large rectangle, penalty box.
- Group split into two teams, no competition.
- Teams start at the same time in opposite corners.
- First gentle run, about 40% of maximum, on the long side.
- Diagonal at slightly faster pace, about 60% of maximum.
- At the pawns in the middle keep to the left.
- When you come back to the long side again in gentle run 40% and the diagonal again 60%.
- Keep this up in time.
- As an alternation you can turn half a turn and use the same diagonal on the short side.
- Attacker does exercise 4 times.
- Attacker goes to retrieve ball and tries to score via 1V1 in goal right in front of him.
- If defender can pick up ball he tries to score in goal on the side.
- 2 players face each other
- One is the sender the other the receiver
- The receiver receives and rebounds
- The receiver dribbles sideways several meters without the ball
- The receiver receives the ball again
- The receiver dribbles back without the ball
- Player 1 plays a long ball through the air to player 2.
- Player 2 receives the ball and then passes a long ball through the air to player 3.
- Player 3 places the ball ready for player 4.
- Player 4 passes a long ball through the air to the next player ready at Pylon A.
- Ball chasing at high pace for the conditioning stimulus.
- The exercise starts with player A playing the ball in to the inquiring player B.
- Player B takes the ball and deposits it for the incoming player A, then offers himself to player C.
- Player A passes the ball to the inquiring player C, who in turn plays the ball in to the incoming player B.
- Once he passes the ball, he starts a run outside and goes to offer himself to player D.
- Player B takes the ball and passes it to the inquiring player D.
- Once player B has passed the ball, he starts a running action and offers himself in front of goal.
- Player D receives the ball and passes it back to the incoming player C.
- As soon as the ball is passed back, player D starts a run outside.
- There he receives the deep ball from player C and plays it into the run of the incoming player B.
- Player B finishes on goal.
- Two teams play against each other.
- The trainer gives the signal by calling out a color.
- Then the first of each group run to the color of the pot the trainer indicated.
- Then the players return as quickly as possible and run through the gate of the two orange cones.
- The trainer plays a ball at the same time.
- Which creates a 1 vs. 1.
- Players play a match of, say, here 8 against 8.
- When a goal is scored, they may take a jar from behind the goal and put it by their own jar.
- When all pots at a goal are gone, it is finished.
- Blue passes to red
- Blue runs to the other side around the cone and then to the jar
- Meanwhile, red runs through the cones and passes the ball diagonally back to blue
- Blue finishes
