  • When the coach calls "yes," everyone quickly deep-sits to the net,
  • move back to the three-yard line,
  • then to the other side of the three-yard line and
  • then back to the net and back to the three-meter line.
  • TR stands on the other side of the net.

drawing Trail
Pairs divide among the four squares in the field and play the following warm-up exercises in sequence:
  • Balls are thrown the way it is caught. The one who throws the ball over the net goes to tap the wall at the back and returns. Foul or point is passed. Possibly with point scoring;
  • Same, but now the ball is played back in one go with a volleyball technique;
  • Ditto, only now the attack is made from behind the three-meter line and not tapped inside the three-meter zone;
  • Ditto, anything goes and the box from which scores represent the number of points that can be earned.
  • Two teams, whose players line up randomly in the field.
  • Ball is caught and thrown back the same way.
  • When the ball is thrown, the one who threw it goes to tap a wall.
  • The other players turn in the meantime.
  • Making a mistake means running around the field and rejoining the team.
  • After a while, players play instead of throw.
  • The one who played goes to tap the net and comes back.
  • There is still a run through and a run around in case of a foul.
  • Scoring can only be done between the three-meter line and the back line.
  • Divide the team into groups on the back line
  • Put obstacles throughout the field such as fences, ladders, hoops, cones
  • Have the players walk to the back line and back
  • The group whose last player is back and the rest are sitting has won
  • 2 groups of players
  • First player starts with tennis ball and puts it in first hat.
  • Second player starts without tennis ball, walks to first hat, takes tennis ball and puts it on second hat.
  • Third player starts without tennis ball, walks to second hat, takes tennis ball and puts it on the third hat.
  • When the ball is on the last hat, the next player starts back with a tennis ball and places it on the first hat.
  • The game ends when all balls are on the hats.
