Initial Setup
  • 1 defender positioned at the free throw line
  • 1 defender positioned at the centre circle
  • 1 defender positioned at the free throw line
  • Cones placed at both ends of the court
Course
  • Attacking player dribbles past the 3 defenders
  • Attacking player performs a lay-up at the end
  • Attacking player sprints back with the ball over the full length of the court
  • Defence earns 3 points for each player they can stop
  • Attacking player earns 1 point if they can pass a defender

  • Place cones closer together
Regression
  • Place cones further apart
  • Defence plays with one hand behind their back
