Formation
  • Three players per post: one player under the post and an attacker with a defender next to the post.
Execution
  • The ball is played out to the attacker standing next to the post, who then plays the ball back to the player under the post.
  • The attacker moves in a straight line from the side of the korf towards the front of the korf.
  • The ball is played to the attacker in motion, while the defender applies full pressure on the pass to the attacker.
  • The attacker must make a counter-movement to get free from the defender.
  • The attacker shoots at the korf while the defender applies 80% pressure.
