Basketball drills for technique attack / offense
- Start middle A.
- Passes to the side B.
- B dribbles up along sideline and takes offensive position.
- A becomes defender.
- C and D set screens away from the ball, or backscreen.Defenders E and F allowed to switch and.
- Offence until score or rebound defense.
- (Till 5)Loser push-ups.
- A has ball,
- B sets backscreen.
- A dribbles to the side.
- B rolls off, gets pass,
- Shot.
- A-rebounds.
- A to pos B and v.v.
- 2 baskets, poss from 4 postions. * players at ones performing the drill.
- Start-out with at least 2 players in each row and one ball.
- Extra bal to crank up the speed.
- A) Player dribbles with ball to FT-line.
- B) B crosses behind A and ssets screen low, rolls off and gets ball, lay-up strong.
- Own rebound, A has moved to weakside shooting position, gets pass from B and backscreen, A dribble by screen,one dribble.
- Jumpstop, finish with righthand.
- C) Moves to startingposition B after pick is set.
- D) Moves to startingposition A as soon as A is near.
- A passes to Row C, C goes row B, A to row C.

- Back and forth. 4 times.
- Wings score, than point (1 extra pass), than Trailer (1 extra pass)
- Scorer always gets outlet from rebounder. Scores goes outside, outlet. other wing to other side.
- Guard and center stay in the middle.
- Same drill back.
- In this drill, the one that starts the drill bij throwing the ball against the basket is also the one that gets the rebound after the score. Outlet to scorer. etc.
- Can be done in 3 passes, in 4 if trailer gets the ball or pointguard.
- Start-out with at least 2 players in each row and one ball.

- Goal:
- Free shot from Wing3,
- Wing 2 or pass to pivot rolling-off.
- Mind cheating defenders.
- Basic movement 3 out 2 in.
- Guard 1 with ball, pass to 2 or 3 on the wing.
- Cut and move to weakside.
- Weakside (2 or 3) to position 1. 1 to position via baseline and cut behind post to position 2 or 3.
- Run and show several options.
- Roll-off screen by post after pick 4 or 5 on 1.
- Possibly run offense with one high/low post.
- 1 defender under each goal.
- 2 groups at the center line.
- 1 against 1 on each side of the field.
- Defense stays put when scoring.
- To score first 10 times.
- Right and left.
- Players line up in 2 groups on the same side of the field (sideline).
- Everyone except the first two in line have a ball.
- The players without ball run to the opposite side of the field. (top of key)
- The first player with the ball dribbles to the 3 point line on the side where he is standing and passes the ball to the incoming player at the top.
- When he takes the ball. (Swing the ball, fake, crossover, drive and finish with lay-up.)
- The player who passed the ball runs to the other side of the court where his drill begins.
- On one side L and other side R lay-up.
- Prior to the exercise, we first stretch and run a suicide.
- The ball is in the middle.
- Two persons run backwards on the starting signal to the back line, then first to get hold of the ball on the middle line.
- A 1-on-1 situation then arises here in which the person with the ball attacks and the other must defend.
- 4 Players on the baseline.
- Player B has ball and dribbles to the cone.
- B passes to player C.
- B and C go to goal.
- Player A and D sprint around the cone and start defending.

- 3 players in the middle
