- LH puts pressure on HR and plays pass to in starting LO
- LO puts pressure on UR and plays pass to in starting MO
- MO puts pressure on MA-r and plays pass to in starting RO, CS puts bar on MA-l, MO makes directional change to the right
- RO puts pressure between UL and HL and plays pass to in starting MO
- MO completes
- Goalkeeper in goal
- Players stand on each position on 9 meter line
- Take turns shooting at goal (hands / high / low)
- RO plays pass to in starting MO, RO starts to middle in, presses UL
- MO plays pass to in starting LO, MO puts pressure on MA
- LO plays pass to in starting RO
- RO completes
- The goalkeeper brings in the ball.
- The three players start the quick counterattack.
- The attackers play the defender out and go for the shot.
- Tip: Start with three attackers against two defenders.
- 2 players facing each other, with tennis ball.
- Hold upper arm and overplay ball with forearm/wrist.
- Pass over with hip throw.
- Trainer stands center front at 7 meters.
- Player throws on ball from 11/ 12 meters, runs up, catches ball and shoots under arms trainer, with side shot.
- Note low body position.
- 2 players versus 1 player.
- Of the 2, 1 dribbles across to the other side and plays off the ball as a bounce.
- That player dribbles back again with the ball.
- Possibly with more players as a relay.
- 1 player per corner without ball as a focal point
- 1 circle player without ball as a focal point
- Distribute the rest of the players with ball over the construction positions
- Ball owner plays in motion to point of play, runs on, gets the ball back and shoots from outside the 9 meters at goal

- For aiming high, the goal can be imaginary divided into 4 areas, with aiming in the top 2 areas

- Final exercise based on horizontal binding
- Set up 2 posts in the middle 2 meters apart at the level of the goalie posts
- Start at the left post, sprint to the right post, sprint back to the left post and in the run get the ball.
- Short turn up jump and finish
Variation:
- Same exercise but move the posts to the build-up. You sprint to the right post again, catch the ball with your left hand, sprint back to the post and receive the ball in your right hand and finish.
- Group split into the left corners next to the 2 goals.
- All players have a ball.
- The front player in the line gets to roll the ball away and chooses position on the 9 meter and starts to function as the point of play.
- The then front player of the line plays the point of play, makes pace towards the center line, gets the ball back just before the center line.
- Catches the ball with 2 hands, makes 3 passes and then starts to tip.

- Except for the circle, occupy all offensive positions.
- The ball starts with the middle builder.
- The middle builder starts in toward goal and plays off to one of the players next to him/her.
- The player next to him/her is already moving toward the goal while catching the ball.
- The player stays in the forward motion and then plays through to the corner player next to him/her.
- The ball again passes through the builder back to the center.
- Then the ball goes to the other corner.
- Except for the circle, occupy all offensive positions.
- The ball starts with the middle builder.
- The center builder starts toward goal and plays off to a player next to her.
- The player next to her is already moving toward the goal and catches the ball while keeping moving.
- The player then passes to the corner player next to her.
- The ball goes through the builder back to the middle and then to the other corner.
