2 players 1 at 6, other at about 11 meters
- Attacker runs towards defender, makes throwing motion, but is repelled.
- Attacker runs backwards, and tries to dribble past and finish.
- Defender tries to intercept the ball.
Can be done on at least 8 stations.
- 2 rows at the 6 a 7 meter line.
- Everyone has a ball.
- In the middle are 10 balls.
- Take turns passing the ball to the goalkeeper and throwing it in.
- Quickly around the pawn and back to build-up position.

- Keep body low, increases jumping power. Dribble also helps.
- High jump off, right leg gives a kicking motion slightly to the outside during throw.
- Keep arm high at beginning of throw for more throwing power.

- Twosome starts with the ball;
- A throws to B;
- A runs to the position of B;
- B throws ball to other player at position A.
Assignment form:
- Form two groups of three people;
- Each group a ball.
Example form:
- Preform the exercises you give so participants understand.
Observation Form:
- See if the participants are throwing into their hands;
- See if participants are doing the exercise easily:
- Increase the distance or decrease the distance between the players.
Coaching Form:
- Play the ball into the other person's hands;
- Step out the moment you throw the ball.
Toss
- Each player has a ball, puts it on the ground between his legs, except player 1
- Player 1 plays the ball to nr 2,
- runs behind
- gets the ball back and passes it to 3 etc.
- At the end player 1 joins the 3.
- Player 2 starts running when player 1 is at the 3rd player.
