After each part, a short rest and then through again. Parts with * need a bench, 2 to 4 persons per bench

  • Part 1:
    • 30 step-ups* (getting on/off the bench)
    • 15 push-ups* (feet on the bench)
    • 30 step-ups*
  • Part 2:
    • 30 east-west step-ups* (right foot on bench left foot next to it â€" left foot on it right foot next to it)
    • 10 squats jumps (bend knees and jump as high as possible while stretching)
  • 2 players, one of whom has 2 balls.
  • The players stand about 3 meters apart.
  • The balls are thrown to the left and right of the player who 'picks up' these balls one by one with one hand.
  • Catching the balls with one hand is difficult, so you have to push them away.
  • Make it more difficult by throwing the balls further and further apart so you have to move.
  • After 1 minute change
  • Two tallies.
  • One is lying on her belly on the ground, the other has the ball and calls her name.
  • Throws the ball on the ground and the one who was lying on the ground plays the ball to the other.
  • After a few times change.
  • 6 or more players of which 2 are fixed on the sideline and they play overhand or hit.
  • The other 4 players stand in pairs opposite the other two on the sideline.
  • The two players play overhead and pass the ball to the other side.
  • The pass is brought and after the pass you step forward then sideways and step backwards. Repeat.
  • Learn to move 'through' the pass.
  • We like dynamic passing.
  • Variant of not playing the ball overhead but hitting it in control.
  • trio one ball and a tennis ball.
  • when the person has played overhand
  • throw the tennisball to the middle
  • 'Chaos Easy' starts as a warm-up, but ends as a real battle.
  • The players are put in the field (it doesn't matter where).
  • The ball is caught and immediately thrown over the net (one play).
  • As the player catches, he throws the ball.
  • When a player has thrown the ball, he/she goes to a wall (back of the field or on the side) and taps it, then comes back into the field.
  • The other players on the team have moved forward one spot.
  • You notice how difficult it is to score.
  • When someone throws the wrong ball (into the net or out), he/she has to sprint around the opponent's field.

4 game forms for warming-up for youth teams.

Game form 1: ( Korfvolley )

  • Theme of the training: Playing above the head
  • Explanation:
    • A game of Korfball, same rules, but it is only allowed to score with an overhand ball.
  • More difficult:
    • The ball must be pinned by a team mate.
  • Easier:
    • Draw a circle around the basket, where only the attacking team is allowed to go.
  • Scoring:
    • 1 point for every ball scored
    • 2 points for a teammate who passes the ball to the attacker.

Game form 2: ( Basketball volleyball )

  • Theme of the training: Playing with hands
  • Clarification:
    • Make 1 group per basket and throw the ball under a left or right angle from under the basket.
    • The players have to play the ball underhand in the basket.
  • Harder:
    • Hit the ball in a controlled way instead of throwing it in.
    • Catch the ball before it hits the floor via the basket.
  • Easier:
    • Throwing the ball straight instead of in an angle.
    • Reduce the distance to the basket.
  • Point count:
    • 1 point for every scored ball
    • 2 points for a passed ball
    • 3 points if the ball is caught in follow-up.

Game form 3: ( Tennisvolley )

  • Theme of the training: attack
  • Explanation:
    • Tension the net at tennis height and make teams of 3 or 4 players.
    • The ball must be played back and forth and smashed into the ground on your own side.
    • The receiving side may not let the ball bounce first.
    • Turn over every time the ball is played to the other side.
    • You will see that this is a very difficult exercise when the ball lane recognition is not in order.
  • Harder:
    • Jump on attack
  • Easier:
    • No spin
    • Ball may not end within 3 meters
  • Point count:
    • 1 point for every scored ball

Game form 4: ( Trefvolley )

  • Theme of the training: Defence
  • Explanation:
    • Game of dodgeball where all the defensive techniques of volleyball are allowed as defence.
    • Player throws the ball to his opponent, who tries to defend the ball so his teammate can catch it.
  • Harder:
    • Field must be divided into front and backfield, catching teammate must be in the frontfield.
    • Thrown ball must be a batted ball.
  • Easier:
    • Throw with 2 hands from the neck.
    • Throw with 2 hands from the chest.
  • Point count:
    • 1 point for every ball defended

General:

  • The warm-up for youth should be playful and always with the ball.
  • Do not warm up too much, stretch, play volleyball immediately.

Explaining how to play with 2 fixed divisors.

  • Explain clearly what the starting position is, where you are allowed to stand and where you are not.
  • Then start with one distributor at position 1-6-5 and one distributor at 2-3-4.
  • Play the game 3 against 6.
  • The 6 players play the whole circulation with 2 fixed distributors.
  • Attention: Changing distributors every time.
