Volleyball drills
In pairs

- Player rolls the ball all the time against the bench

- B keys the ball back to A
- A keys ball to C
- C keys the ball to B
Optionally, the player can continue to follow the ball; otherwise after 5 passes.

1 person in the middle plays the ball up, teammates in a circle around it must make sure the ball comes back:
- With 1 hand touching the ball, never 2x in a row

- When the ball is played away, the players move to the cone in the backfield.
- Then they walk around the court and rejoin their own group.
