- player runs in and tries to play ball into the hoop
- if successful, SV and playerhave apoint.
- If the ball is blocked, the blockers have a point.
- After 10 attacks change
After 10 minutes we make it more difficult:
A block is added, the outside player closes the block diagonally (left hand at attacker's arm).
The blocker also gets points (touching the ball = 1, killing block = 2).
3 players stand at the net with a ball. The rest stand in a line behind the backline, the first player (A) of the line steps in the backfield. Net player 1 attacks quietly, A passes back. Net player 2 throws a short high ball, A passes back (OH or BH). Net player 3 throws a long high ball, A passes back OH and joins the back of the row again. Depending on the size of the group you can play on 2 sides of the net or everyone on 1 side.

Party, the team that has to play next Saturday plays against the rest.
6 players stand in competition position in the field, other players stand with the trainer on the other side.
It will be a game, the intention is that the 'small' team gets 3 points. So the ball must have fallen 3 times on the ground on the other side. The 6 who are on the other side play the ball easily back to the other side.

Formation in system.
especially from a game situation and attention to short balls.
- 2-2 or 3-3 (possibly on 2 fields)
- there is a winner's square and an entry square
- the winner moves to the winner's square
- losers get out
- new team enters the entry zone
- you can only score one point in the winner's zone
Goal of the exercise is :
- play the ball in the back
- after servicxe directly to the front
- 2 teams of 2
- players may only stand and move in the front part of the field
- unless you are serving: this is done from the back line.
- server must walk to the front directly after service
- the backfield does count, but you are not allowed to come as a player
- so when the ball is played into the backfield, it counts as a point
- in front of course also just
- (maybe the field should not be cut in half, but the line should be moved backwards...)
