Handball drills for technique attack / offense
- Mo plays Lo.
- Puts barrage Rh.
- Lo threatens to goal.
- Plays to Ro.
- Ro has to tie.
- Plays oncoming corner between 1 and 2.
- Duos on the 6 meters facing each other.
- Ball in the middle.
- After 'go' run whoever has the ball first.
- Passes and completes.
- Can also be done with variations such as Sidestep.
- 1 attacker throws on goal
- 2nd attacker goes out already
- Goalkeeper grabs the ball as quickly as possible
- Defender closest to the substitution area steps out
- Attacker steps in

How do you defend this?
- Runner! Can intercept - can get to ball, not just receiver
- Runner starts in during completion
- 1 player at bin position.
- Rest in the corners.
- 1 ball in each corner and reserve.
- Left runs on the 6 meter line.
- Right runs on the 9 meter line.
- Pass to nearest bin.
- Passer gets ball back from next bin.
- Pass through to corner
- 5 against 5
- 1 circle player with attackers
- defenders 'hold' the circle player
- attackers put a lot of pressure to reach the circle player
- curve balls / via ground etc. Let them try out a lot.
- Narrow space 3 or 4 meters mark between 6 and 12 meters
- 2 defenders with vests stand at the 9 meter mark
- 2 attackers with ball come in pass and go back, and then attack begins.
- Make sure defenders make contact, right shoulder and left first hand over ball.
- Attackers must constantly break free and distance themselves.
- Try passing moves.
- Can be done at the circle in 2, 4 and even 6 stations.

- 1 bank & one-against-all
- 2-4 gangs of thieves
- 1-2 guards.
Game consists of 4 rounds of play:
Game Round 1:
Game Round 1:
- Thief - attacker: per post only 1 active & 1 gold piece at a time try to steal from bank.
- Collect in own vault -hoop-.
- Guard - defender- may only defend outside the bank.
- If the thief is caught so tapped, he must leave the gold piece in the police station -under a cone.
- Which team was able to steal most gold pieces?
Game Round 2:
- Divide gold pieces equally among the thieves.
- Thieves: safely move your gold pieces 1-for-1 to other safe -from one hoop to another.
- Thief -attacker: walk around your cone without the guard catching you.
- Agent -defender: in this case may only defend inside the bank.
- If the thief is caught -attacked, he must leave the gold piece in the police station -under a cone.
- Which team was able to transfer most gold pieces safely?
Game Round 3:
- Thieves: for x time, steal as many gold pieces as possible from other safe.
- Thief -attacker: mandatory back & forth through bank = watch for guard inside bank.
- Guard may only defend inside bank.
- If the thief is caught so tapped, he must leave the gold piece in the police station -under a cone.
Game round 4:
Same as game round 3, but with double guard 1 guard outside & 1 guard inside the bank.

- 1 playmaker
- 2 attackers
- 2 defenders
- 2 defenders stand on the line
- Attack stands in small V-form
- attackers run in, playmaker throws kite.
- defenders jump along.
Other side:
- thrower + kite
- 2 defenders on the circle
- 1 circle runner with vest
- 2 attackers try to outplay the defenders via the circle runner
- Possibly with goalkeeper
- Use jump shot / pass move / drop throw etc.
- Work in pairs or threesomes
- Place 2 pawns about 2 meters apart
- Player A stands between the pawns
- Player B has a pile of hats in his hands
- Player B throws the hats towards player A between the cones
- Player A tries to dodge the hats and not get hit
Variation:
- Each hat hit is 1 mission
- Example: hit 5 hats? Then player A does 5 squats/push ups/sit ups
Variation for footwork:
- Throw the hats only toward the feet
- MO plays pass to in starting LO, After this MO starts along the back of LO in
- LO plays pass to in starting MO, RO starts in behind LO
- MO plays pass to in-starting RO
- RO rounds off
- 1 thick mat in the middle of the field.
- The defenders stand around the mat.
- The attackers try to push the ball onto the mat.
- After 3 changes.
