Formation
- Three teams of three players.
- Two teams are on the court, one team is off the court.
- On a defensive rebound, the defending team switches with the team off the court.
- On an offensive rebound, the offense switches with the defense, and the team off the court waits.
- The team that is poor at rebounding does not get a rest.
Setup
- Three teams of three players each.

- On a defensive rebound, this team swaps with the team off the court.
- On an offensive rebound, the offence swaps with the defence, and the team off the court continues to wait.
- The team that is poor at rebounding does not get a rest.
Setup
- Three players start on the baseline.
- A fourth player stands around the free throw line and throws the ball towards the hoop.
- The three players rebound for themselves and try to score the ball in the basket.
- A score earns one point, but rebounding the ball again after scoring also earns a point.
- The first player to reach five points swaps with the player throwing the ball towards the hoop.
- Physical contact is allowed.
Execution
- The ball goes to the player on the right who takes a shot.
- If a score is made, the shooter receives 2 or 3 points.
- Everyone goes for the rebound.
- A rebound earns 1 point, even if a score is made on an offensive rebound.
- The attack continues with an offensive rebound.
- With a defensive rebound, the teams switch roles.
Execution
- 2 players start at the top of the paint.
- A chair with a ball is placed between both players.
- Both players sprint first to the baseline.
- The player who reaches the ball first is allowed to attack in the paint.
- The exercise continues until a point is scored.
Execution
- A player takes free throws. Two other players stand behind the player taking the free throw, according to the rules.
- Once the ball is thrown, the three players go for the rebound.
- If the player who took the free throw gets the ball, they may take another free throw.
- If they do not get the rebound, the three players are replaced by the next three.

- 3 attackers against 2 defenders, with rotation each time.
- The defenders must help each other if an attacker is unmarked.
- The attackers learn to take advantage of a numerical superiority and finish.

- Place a cone further away where players must run around after their throw.
Objective
- Train the fast break in a game-like situation.
- Centres, Guards, and Forwards from Under 14, 6 or more players.
- 1 ball, two baskets.
- 2 teams with different coloured shirts.
- Players run around the circle.
- As soon as the coach shoots, they go for the rebound.
- The side that secures the ball runs a fast break to the other end.
- No shot within 5 seconds = push-ups + the other team takes the ball out from the baseline.
- After a score or defensive rebound, the other team runs a fast break back.
- Outlet position and pass.
- Flyer on the other side sprints away at full speed.
- Execute at top speed.
- After a score, immediately take the ball in with an overhead pass.
- Two teams alternately set up in 2 rows.
- Players tip the ball via the board to each other (jumping and tipping as with a tip-in) and join the back of the other row.
- On the coach's signal, the team that has the ball at that moment runs a fast break to the other basket.
- The other team defends.
- With an odd number of players, the larger team always attacks, creating an automatic numerical advantage situation.
Description
- Three players start on the baseline, with the middle player holding a ball.
- The middle player passes the ball to one of the other players and runs after the ball.
- The receiver passes the ball to the player on the opposite side and also runs after the ball.
- This process repeats as they move towards the basket on the other side of the court.
- When a player is close enough to the basket, they perform a lay-up.
- The player who performs the lay-up becomes the defender.
- The remaining two players become attackers and try to reach each other with a long pass.
- The defender attempts to prevent the attackers from scoring.
- If the attackers do not score, they must do five push-ups.
- The objective for the defender is to prevent the attackers from scoring.
Objective
- Develop the correct passing and shooting techniques.
- Improve communication between teammates.
Execution
- Divide the team into four groups.
- Place one group at each block and one group at each elbow of the court.
- Give each group one ball.
- The first person in each line shoots, follows their shot, and passes the ball back to the next person in line.
- After the rebound, the shooter passes the ball back to the line they were in and rotates clockwise to the end of the next spot.
- All four lines work as a team and keep track of how many shots have been scored in total.
- Communication is crucial; players must make game-related passes and take shots.
- The time limit can be adjusted from five minutes to another desired duration or number of scored shots.
- The shooting positions on the court can be varied.
Execution
- Form two lines on the centre line with an outlet.
- The right line starts with the ball and performs a lay-up.
- The left line intercepts the ball as high as possible.
- The interceptor passes the ball to the outlet.
- The outlet passes to the next player in the right line.
- Repeat this process for a desired number of scores and then switch sides.
