Warm-up position and outlet drill
Two sides dribble and finish. Side A with shot, side B with lay-up.
- Setup:
- 2 groups at the level of the free throw line
- Left side passes to players coming from the right side cut in
- X number of shots in succession
- Own rebound and pass to the other side
- Variations:
- Option 1: lay-up
- Option 2: shot in front of the ring

- Setup:
- Players distributed on the 4 corners of a half court
- Posts at the bottom
- Wings at the top
- Wing passes to other wing
- Post opposite corner runs up and receives the pass

- Player in left row catches the ball (active rebound!) and passes to the player in the corner. (no ball on the ground!)
- Player in the corner passes ball to next player in line.
- Catcher becomes player in the corner.
- 15 scores.
