Objective
  • Defenders attempt to intercept the ball quickly.
Execution
  • The play starts with number 6 passing to the goalkeeper.
  • The goalkeeper plays directly to number 2 or 4.
  • When number 2 or 4 receives the ball, the blue team begins pressing and tries to prevent the penetration pass.
  • The red team can "score" by making a penetration pass to number 6, who is allowed to move across the full width within his designated zone.
  • The blue team can score in the large goal.
Coaching
  • Number 2 and 5 of the defending team apply immediate pressure on the ball.

  • Corner Kick Left/Right: Practise taking corner kicks from both the left and right sides of the pitch.
  • Free Kick in Field: Work on free kicks within the field of play, focusing on precision and power.
  • Free Kick near the Penalty Area: Practise free kicks near the penalty area, paying attention to technique and effectiveness.
  • Throw-in: Improve the technique and tactics when throwing the ball in.
Execution
  • Player "WHITE" drops back to collect the ball from the goalkeeper. The goalkeeper plays the ball to "WHITE".
  • Player "WHITE" dribbles towards player "BLUE". At the level of his starting point, "WHITE" passes to "BLUE" and continues running.
  • Player "BLUE" returns the ball to "WHITE". "WHITE" delivers a cross pass to player "RED".
  • Player "RED" dribbles towards the penalty area. Around the middle of the field, "RED" passes to "BLUE2".
  • Player "BLUE2" returns the ball to "RED". Player "RED" shoots the ball on goal.
  • Rotation

  • Player B finishes.
  • If the cross is too low or too soft, player C can finish.
  • Timing, accurate passing, and positioning are essential.
Execution
  • Move forward: A to B, B to C, C to D.
  • D takes the ball from B and joins on the other side.
  • The right side begins when a cross is given on the left, and vice versa.

Formation and Objective
  • Game form with attack against defence in a double diamond, 8 vs 8.
  • Attackers attempt to score in the large goal.
  • Defenders try to take the ball and play it back to the starting point.
  • Field dimensions: 30 x 30 metres.
Execution
  • The ball starts with player 10, who dribbles in.
  • The goalkeeper, player 3, and player 9 are already in their positions.
  • As player 10 departs, players 7 and 11 join in.
  • Player 10 then plays to player 7, 9, or 11.
  • From the first pass, players 2 and 5 join the defence.
  • The attack ends with a goal, a ball over the end line, or when the defence gets the ball back to the starting point.
  • After the attack, rotate or substitute, depending on the number of available players.
Variations
  • Maximum 2 touches per attacker per attack.
  • Maximum 5 passes until a mandatory goal attempt.
  • Maximum 3 passes until a mandatory goal attempt.
  • At least 2 triangles per attack.
  • At least 2 double passes per attack.

Setup
  • Place three cones as reference points in a triangle.
  • Players stand in pairs at each cone.
Execution
  • The rear player performs the exercise.
  • The player gets open from the player in front.
  • A firm, hard pass is given along the ground.
  • The receiver controls the ball with the furthest foot and passes to the next player.
  • After the pass, the player sprints to the cone where they passed the ball.
  • The player takes position in front of the player still standing there.

  • Accurate and firm passing.
  • Good one-touch ball control.
  • Getting free from the defender.

Setup
  • 5 versus 5 positional play on one half of the pitch.
  • 2 wall passers on the sides.
Execution
  • The team plays together in a positional play.
  • The objective is to move the ball to the wall passer on the other half.
  • If the ball is intercepted by the opposing team, the roles are immediately reversed.

Description

  • This activity focuses on calling for the ball and movement.
  • The setup consists of four players in a line.
  • If there are more players, two starting positions can be created.

Execution

  • Player A has the ball and passes to Player B.
  • Player B must call for the ball before receiving it.
  • Player B receives the ball and rotates to Player C.
  • Player C calls for the ball, receives it, and rotates to Player D.
  • Player D calls for the ball and dribbles back to the starting position.
  • Repeat the exercise starting from Player A.

Setup
  • Four players in position as shown in the diagram.
  • Two players are in line at Player 2's position.
Execution
  • Player 1 plays the ball to Player 2.
  • Player 2 turns and passes to the winger, Player 3, on the right side.
  • Player 3 delivers a cross-field pass at the 16-meter mark to the left, to Player 4.
  • Player 4 lays the ball off wide, and Player 1 finishes.
  • Player 1 moves to Player 2's position, Player 2 moves to Player 3's position.
  • Player 3 moves to Player 4's position, and Player 4 retrieves the ball and joins the back of the line.

Rules of the Game
  • The players play 4 versus 4.
  • In the attack, the players must first pass the ball to each other 2 times before they are allowed to score.
  • After a period of time, this can be expanded to 3 passes.
  • When the ball is intercepted by the opponent, the counting of the passes must start again.
  • Scoring is not allowed if there have not been enough passes.
Warm-up
  • The goalkeeper plays to the requesting central defender who drops back.
  • The central defender passes back to the goalkeeper.
  • The goalkeeper controls with the furthest foot and plays to the requesting attacking midfielder.
  • The attacking midfielder controls with the furthest foot and passes back to the central defender.
  • The central defender plays to the requesting striker who drops back.
  • The striker controls with the furthest foot and turns out.
  • The striker slaloms through cones back to the starting position.
Rotation
  • The goalkeeper takes the place of the central defender, the central defender takes the place of the attacking midfielder, and the attacking midfielder takes the place of the striker.
Variations
  • Ball control with the left foot, pass with the right foot - or vice versa.
  • Other technical or warm-up exercise along the cones instead of dribbling.
Execution
  • The exercise can be applied on both sides.
